After years behind bars, Campbell is unexpectedly liberated against his wishes. The news of his escape spreads rapidly, catching the attention of an old adversary, a dangerous kidnapper, resurfacing from the shadows with a thirst for vengeance.
Now, pursued by both the criminal underworld and a police force ordered to shoot to kill, Campbell must navigate a dangerous path of survival while closing his most desperate case yet.
The Details
John Campbell’s vigilante career impacted the lives of many people both rich and poor, but upon his capture his unresolved cases left a dark shadow across the city, the worst being the kidnapping of a US senator’s daughter Robyn Bennett.
Robyn’s harrowing ordeal tears the Bennett family apart, and her mother, Rachel Bennett, will stop at nothing to find the justice her daughter deserves.
Upon learning of Campbell’s prison escape, the deranged kidnapper emerges from hiding and escalates his depravity in a bid to lure Campbell into a final confrontation.
Meet the Artist
Every page is illustrated by the prolific London artist Pete Woods! Pete has been involved in the UK independent comics scene for a number of years and has illustrated for many of the UK anthologies including Futurequake, Zarjaz, and Brawler for Timebomb Comics.
His most recent work has been on Captain Scarlet, Gunrunner, The Chimera Factor, as well as the successful Kickstarter series Voodoo Chile!
